In 2019 Josh got offered the opportunity to be the lead builder on an eco house build, working to Architects drawings and having regular site meetings with the Architects (ICA) and building control. The house will eventually have a green roof so it was considered justifiable for a landscaper to build the house as it was essentially just a long winded way of doing a roof garden job. It has been a very formative experience, resulting in subsequent more outbuilding jobs etc which is a side of the business that has been very rewarding.
