Florist studio, built using mini screwpiles, sips (structurally insulated panels), epdm roof membrane, sedum green roof, Larch cladding and a lovely bifold.

The thing that is so cool about using screw piles is that we could put the building so close to the trees and not damage their roots. We also only had to dig to even out the slope, most of the time this wouldn’t be an issue. There’s no concrete carbon footprint and further down the line of the building was unwanted the screw piles can just be unscrewed and the space can be used differently.

Sip panels are awesome because they are continuously insulated throughout and are so fast to construct with – checkout our video of the build on YouTube –
